The Power Behind Grey Hair

Grey hair has been associated with aging in a dark unpleasant light. However, as a 22-year-old greying woman, I believe it is time to change this view and wear our grey hair as a badge of honour.

How many individuals do not have the opportunity in getting grey hair?

How many times have many of us wished for our life journey to end? How many have had their journeys cut short? Take pride that you are on this journey and have made it far enough to have grey hair. Wear your grey hair as a badge of honour, as a reminder of what you have overcome and the strength you put into each day.

For this reason, I am very excited to see my grey hair, to be reminded of all I have accomplished, and to sport it on behalf of those who do not have the chance.

My final note on this is – Hair dye is expensive and costs so much to cover up/ touch up.
